Pain and Spine Consultants has been serving the people of middle Tennessee and surrounding since 1998. Our number one goal has always been to provide quality care and to accommodate the needs of our referring physicians and those of our patients. In light of this, we are proud to announce the grand opening our newest office in Columbia, Tennessee.

Located at 2602 Trotwood Avenue, Columbia, TN 38401 in the Columbia Medical Plaza building (corner of Trotwood Avenue and Walnut Lane), one mile southwest of Maury Regional Medical Center. This new office provides our patients with a convenient, comfortable environment where they can receive the latest in comprehensive, quality medical care. Our physicians are specialty trained in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and sub-specialty trained/ board certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. By deploying a multi-disciplinary approach to pain we can ensure that every patient receives a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan. We provide consultations and medical management to patients suffering from spinal and musculoskeletal conditions as well as physical disabilities. Our specialists combine superior clinical care with the latest spinal and neuro-musculoskeletal interventional procedures.
