History
Pain and Spine Consultants formerly Pain Medicine & Rehabilitation group has been serving the
people of middle Tennessee and sorrounding since 1998. Dr. John Nwofia started the practice and has always
been guided by the notion that physicians care and God heals. Hence our motto "We care, God heals".
Our physicians are the epitome of compassion, professionalism, and modern medicine.
By deploying a multi-disciplinary approach to pain we can ensure that every patient receives a
comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan. We provide consultations and medical management
to patients suffering from spinal and musculoskeletal conditions as well as physical disabilities.

interventional procedures.
